best teaching apps for students
I find it extremely useful for my students to use tools like Scratch and Khan Academy for math and Khan Academy for science. They help them see the value in learning, the beauty of algorithms and the logic of science and math. Some of these apps might seem simple but they can have a big impact. Here are 5 of the best apps for students to use! Math As an educator, I love teaching my students Math. I also love finding the best ways to teach math. The problem is that some of the best ways to teach math are not what we commonly think of. I have found that students tend to appreciate math when they are able to apply it to their daily lives. They will start to find the beauty in math and how it works for real life. To help my students understand math, I use tools like Khan Academy, and the math apps in the Kahoot! platform to help them engage and interact with math. Students will love these apps! The following apps all do a great job of teaching math in a different way. All of them will help students see and appreciate how important math is. Khan Academy Khan Academy is a math learning platform. They have videos, problems, explanations and projects. They have the perfect videos for my students. Khan Academy also has problem-based learning. If you look at the bottom of each math lesson, you can select a problem. Each problem has a set of problems that must be solved in order to complete the problem. Students use their math skills and problem solving abilities to complete the problem set. The problem sets are really engaging and give students the chance to challenge themselves. The problem sets are easy enough that they can be done on their own. If a student feels they are having difficulty in the course, they can take a Khan Academy practice test. This is a good way for students to see if they have any problems with a particular concept and can come back to the content later. The Khan Academy website is a great place for students to go to after school. They can watch all the videos they need to learn math. They can take tests and learn through videos. My students love going to Khan Academy after school to practice! InkDrop Math InkDrop Math is a perfect choice for my students to learn math. When they use InkDrop Math, they get to write math problems and solve them. This helps them understand the math concepts before they even understand the math. The app is simple but engaging. Students get an ink bottle and a dry erase marker. They use the ink bottle to solve math problems and solve them in different ways. They get to learn all sorts of math like geometry, functions, algebra and more. Students are not graded on the app but they get great practice solving math problems. This is a perfect way to get kids practice with math concepts. My students love the math lessons in the app! Math Pad Math Pad is another app I use a lot in my math class. Math Pad has interactive lessons that go with students learning. The lessons have different problem sets for students to use in the app. The problems are really great in Math Pad. Students can select a problem, answer a question and see the results on the screen. The problems are really engaging. One of the best things about Math Pad is that it is free. They offer great lessons and a lot of content for free. If you sign up for the membership, you can get unlimited lessons. This is a great way to start for a math class! Mathway Mathway is a great app for students to use to learn math. Mathway is perfect for students who need to learn concepts but can’t take a formal course in math. With Mathway, students get interactive lessons that are fun to use. My students really like using Mathway. There are two different levels to the app. For beginners, they get practice in learning the basic concepts. For students who are more advanced, they get more practice in using math in the real world. If students are having trouble, they can take practice tests. They get the same questions as they would in a real test, so students can know where they are in their learning and where they need to focus. The questions can be taken multiple times and they get graded each time. Mathway also has a great collection of lessons on a wide variety of topics. They cover geometry, algebra, and function. I am really happy to have the app in my classroom and I really enjoy teaching my students using it. Math by Hand Math by Hand is a really fun app for my students. Math by Hand is a great tool for my students to use. Students can learn math problems on their own through the app. They can do so much in Math by Hand. The app has a lot of activities and a lot of learning resources. If students have a problem they can go to the community forum. My students have really enjoyed learning through the app. They will often go back to the app when they have a problem in school and need to find a solution.
